Roster of Instructor Pilots

Captain Campbell was born October 15, 1977 in Libertyville, IL. He graduated from Libertyville High School in Libertyville, IL in 1995. In 2001 he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL. Captain Campbell joined the US Air Force on September 12 2001 after the World Trade Center attacks. He attended flight school at Moody AFB, Valdosta Ga flying the T-6 Texan II and then the T-38C. Finishing top of his class he choose to fly the A-10 Warthog one of the three fighters out of his class of 40. Two weeks after finishing A-10 training at Davis Monthan AFB Vifa deployed to Afghanistan to fight the Global War on Terrorism. Vifa had over 50 combat missions in the Hog earning 2 Air medals. Vifa is still in active duty at Nellis AFB, NV.
